     We are dedicated to achieving continual improvement in all aspects of our operations, to optimize customer satisfaction and quality performance.

Quality Program:
     F.O. Berg has a Certified Quality System in place. We have a working database in which we track Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Nonconformance Issues, as well as Preventive and Corrective Actions.

ISO Certification:
     Our system is certified compliant to the ISO 9001-2000 standard. We have passed our registration audit with no compliance issues. We will receive our formal Registration Certificate sometime in August 2004.

Goals:

• Minimize Nonconformace through developing in process inspections.
• Develop inspection criteria for all products received or produced.
• Formalize employee training for all equipment shop wide.
• Train internal auditors to maintain objective evidence of ISO compliance.
• Maintain ISO certification through continual improvement efforts.

Quality/Safety Manager:
