Quality Policy:

We are dedicated to achieving continual improvement in all aspects of our operations, to optimize customer satisfaction and quality performance.

Quality Program Development:

F.O. Berg has a documented Quality Manual in place. We are currently in the process of developing company wide Work Instructions. We have a working database, in which we track Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Nonconformance Issues, as well as Preventive and Corrective Actions.

ISO Certification:

Many pieces of our Quality System are operational. We are currently about 70% completed with our documentation and work instruction development. We plan to audit the entire system prior to certification. We expect to be ready for our Certification Compliance Audit sometime this summer.

Goals:

  • Minimize Nonconformance through developing in process inspections.
  • Level 3 documents (Work Instructions) completed by June 1.
  • Company wide ISO Training completed by July 1.
  • Internal Auditing completed by September 1.
  • ISO Registration Audit completed by year-end.

Quality/Safety Manager:
